A5 Flyers

A5 flyers trim to 148 x 210 mm and are the standard handout size for letterbox drops, roadshows, counter displays and event giveaways. The working range is 128 gsm and 157 gsm art paper, gloss or matt coated, with 100 gsm or 120 gsm uncoated woodfree where people need to write on the sheet, and 200 gsm to 300 gsm art card when the flyer has to survive being carried around all day. Most flyers ship unlaminated; matt or gloss lamination is worth adding only for menus, price lists, counter cards and anything handled repeatedly. The mistake that causes the most reprints is artwork built from screen-resolution RGB images pulled off a website or social media. Supply CMYK images at 300 dpi at final size, with 3 mm bleed on all sides and fonts outlined.
