Presentation folders hold A4 inserts, so each panel trims a few millimetres larger than the paper it carries; 220 x 307 mm with a pocket around 95 to 100 mm deep is the usual finished panel. Art card from 250 to 400 gsm is standard, and 300 gsm upwards is what most buyers choose so the folder keeps its shape when loaded. The sheet is printed flat, laminated, then die-cut, creased and glued, with the glue tabs folding behind the pocket. Anything printed on those tabs is hidden once the folder is made up, so keep artwork off them. Business card slits, a spine crease for thicker documents and a die-cut card holder are all cut on the same tool. Supply artwork on our die-line template with the die on its own spot-colour layer set to overprint, 3 mm bleed, and no live text sitting across a crease.
