Retractable roll-up stands come in 800, 850, 1000 and 1200 mm widths, with an aluminium cassette base and a three-section pole. The printed graphic is always taller than the part you see: a 2000 mm visible height needs roughly 2150 to 2200 mm of print, because the bottom strip clamps into the cassette and disappears. Keep logos and text at least 100 mm above the visible base line and 60 mm below the top rail. Graphics print on 200 to 250 gsm non-curl synthetic media, matt laminated to kill glare under downlights and to stop the face cracking where it rolls. Artwork at 100 to 150 dpi at final size is plenty, and can be supplied at 1:10 scale if the full-size file is unwieldy. Stands pack into a padded carry bag; rewinding the graphic after each use keeps the leading edge straight.
