Standard stickers are supplied on sheets in stock shapes, circle, square and rectangle, cut with existing tooling so no new die has to be made. Common sizes are 25, 38 and 50 mm circles and 50 x 50, 50 x 80 and 100 x 60 mm squares and rectangles. Art paper sticker is the everyday material; matt or gloss PP is used where the sticker gets damp or handled often, clear BOPP almost disappears against packaging, and kraft suits an unbleached, single-colour look. Cutting is either kiss-cut, which cuts the face material only and leaves the backing whole for easy peeling, or through-cut into singles. Lamination is applied before cutting and also reduces scuffing in transit. Keep important artwork 2 to 3 mm inside the cut line and give 3 mm bleed, since sheet cutting shifts slightly. Sheets ship flat and should not be folded.
